Yorktown is part of the Historic Triangle of eastern Virginia. It is the site of the last battle in the Revolutionary War, or America's war for independence from England. Today, it is a popular tourist stop, along with Williamsburg and Jamestown, the two other parts of the Triangle. Besides its historic sites, it has an amazing new Riverwalk (along the York river) and,of course, the Coleman Bridge which connects Yorktown to Gloucester, VA.
